This takes me back to my Paul Mitchell days!!! Black everyday!!! I would say black is my favorite color.
I loved this manicure. It made me think of a Dalmatian!!
NYC French White Tip was one of the hardest polishes I've ever used. I finally got it opaque in like 4 maybe 5 coats!! I need to invest in some good white and black polish. I got this because it was cheap... and I guess you get what you pay for!!
I loved the end result. It took forever, but it was worth it in the end. I debated on whether or not to add Nubar 2010, but I ended up adding it. I loved the way it looked!!
Day 7 Picture
Today is my orientation at Amazon!!! I am super excited to get out of my apartment and work!!!
I will let yall know how it goes!!!
What are some things you want to see once my 30 day challenge is done?

Day 6 - Violet Nails
Happy Anniversary To ME!
Today is mine and Josh's 3 year anniversary!! These 3 years have definitely been a rollercoaster, but I would not have gotten through it without Josh beside me. He is the most amazing man I have met in my life. Because our anniversary is during the week, I have got a super fun date planned for Sunday!!! I will upload pictures of our adventure as soon as I can!!
Today I was very excited to post. I got this polish a while back. I got it off of Amazon, and was on the hunt for a holographic polish.

This polish was SO hard to capture. The last picture was the best. It's more of a light blue violet color. The polish has a mix of fine holographic glitter, and larger blue hex glitter. It's an amazing polish. I need to work more on my lightbox, to capture my colors better. Do you have any suggestions for me? I also am going to start taking pictures outside. The best place is in the middle of the parking lot at my apartment lol. I hope people don't make fun!!
This polish was a bit thin, but it went on beautifully in 3 coats. I don't know about others, but mine seemed to take FOREVER to dry. I painted it in the morning, and by 5 or so in the afternoon, it was still messing up from my hair and clothes. Weird!!! What are your experiences with Kleancolor Holo polishes?

Today I'm going to spend the day with my man :) I love him!!!

Day 5 : BLUE!
Today will star my FAVORITE POLISH OF ALL TIMEEEE!
I couldn't wait for blue day. The blue I am choosing is Zoya Charla! Charla is part of Zoya's Sparkle Collection.
Charla is described as a Tropical blue sparkling metallic.
Charla is one of the most breathtaking polishes I've ever seen. And I get a TON of compliments when I wear it. It reminds me of a mermaid!!! When I wear it I want to go to the ocean and swim!!!
It is kind of a mix between blue and teal. The formula is fantastic, and it goes on perfect in 2 coats.
I have read about some people experiencing some staining on their skin and fingernail when using Charla. I have never had either. My recommendation. I use OPI Nail Envy, I use the Original formula. I use 2 coats of Nail Envy, then I use Charla. This seems to stop the staining of the nail plate. For the skin staining. I use a technique of removing my polish. I use Zoya's Remove +, and cotton rounds. Once there is a good amount of Remove + on the cotton round, I set it on the nail, and hold it wrapped around the nail for about 10-15 seconds. After that you pull downwards. That will get the bulk of the polish off. Once that is done, I just use a downward motion when removing the rest, That will stop it from getting on the sides. Hope this works!!!

I hope you enjoy this post. My next one will be a special one :)
Stay tuned!!

Day 4 : Green
I think Zoya is going to be a theme for this challenge!! I have a lot of Zoya's. They are awesome... I get them all from the awesome promotions they have!!!
I got this in the summer BOGO promotion. This polish is part of the Sunshine Collection. Every single one of the polishes in the Sunshine Collection have amazing formulas. Most, if not all, only need one coat. I use 2 just because I like even numbers! :)
Zoya describes Apple as a Luminous yellow-toned apple green packed with gold metallic sparkle.
I don't know exactly what else to say about it!! I am usually not a huge fan of green polish, (Zoya Apple and Ivanka are the only greens I own..) but this one is amazing. It's such a great combination of both color and sparkle, that it makes it less toned down, and more beautiful.
Another thing I love about this polish, is usually glitter polishes are very hard to get off. I have not had a bad problem with ANY of Zoya's sparkle polishes. They all come off fairly easy, and I have not had ANY staining.

Such a beautiful color!!!
I'm the kind of person that likes my polish to match my wardrobe, and green isn't something I have much (if any) of. I love that I am getting the opportunity to use all of these polishes. It makes me want to go buy some greeeeeen clothes!!!!!
I signed up for my first Julep Maven box last night. I have heard about some people having some issues with the company, so I hope everything goes good!! It is a very cool program!! If you would like to sign up, please click here to do so. Leave a comment letting me know if you use my code, since there have been some problems with the referral links. Once I receive the referral email, I will link your blog on my next post!!!
Day 4 Picture
So I got a call on Monday the 19th, about my start date at Amazon. I will be starting on THURSDAY!!! I'm so excited! I was supposed to start on Wednesday, but construction on the building was delayed. They are still paying me for 10 hours for Wednesday, though!!! I have decided to do something super fun on Wednesday, just so I can say.. Hey!! I'm getting paid for this! haha!!!
Please everyone wish me luck!!! I'm the first group going in for training, then from what I understood, I will be helping with the training of the new groups. I'm very excited to start working, and trying to move up in the company!
I made some changes to my blog yesterday. I am very happy with it so far!!! What do you think?!
Thanks so much for reading!! I am new to this, and don't know much, but if you have ANY recommendations about things to make my blog better, please feel free to post.
Also there is a giveaway at 100 followers. I am just over halfway there. :)

Day 3 : Yellow
I recently found a new love for yellow nail polish!!
I never really liked to use yellow, because I thought it made my fingers look funny... but now that my nails are grown out and nice, I LOVE IT!
I absolutely loved this color. It goes on flawless. I also love to use it under sheer polishes, because it brightens it up some!! I'm sad summer is over... but I can't wait until next summer to get here so I can start again with the bright colors!

Here is my Day 3 picture.
So I just got a job at Amazon.com, and will start working there soon. I'm so excited!!! I need to get out of the house and away from my crazy kittens!!! They will be sad 10 hours a day without their mommy, but they will learn to love it!!!

Day 2 : ORANGE Nails :-)
Today is another Zoya day!!!
I most definitely love me some Zoya!!
I got this one in the summer BOGO promo as well. (I have used this a lot, though!!!)
I decided to use Zoya Rica. Zoya describes Rica as a warm light coral with pink and orange tones and heavy gold metallic sparkle. ALL of the Summertime and Sunshine formulas are fantastic. All of them go on opaque in one coat. I use 2 just for the heck of it, though :)
I am loving this 30 day challenge!!! It gives me something to do. I love to have a plan :)
Stay tuned for Day 3!!!!!

I also think it's only appropriate to do a regular 30 day picture challenge, along with this one!!! Since I was doing a picture fact, I'll just go along with it!!
I'll do Day 1 and Day 2 Today
OK so a little of my day for you... I have 2 kittens (most of you probably know that lol) I have a girl, Trixie, and a boy, Milo. Trixie was born on April 8th, and Milo was around that same time (not sure the exact date for him, he was rescued from a boat dock!!) They have been terrorizing me and my things during their growing out of being crazy time. I have tried many things, and resorted to getting Kitty Caps. These are little non toxic plastic caps to go over their nails. Last time I got colored ones, because I wanted to see them if they fell off. This time, they didn't have their size in colors, so I got clear. I decided to Zoya them up lol. Trixie got Zoya Dannii, and Milo got Zoya Charla. I tried my hardest to get pictures of them, but they are always on the go lol! I am going to try to get a picture, and maybe post it on my next blog, and Zoya's facebook page. Stylish kitties!!!
ALSO--- I am having a giveaway at 100 followers. I've been stuck around 50 for a while... and I don't want to wait tooooo long! I'm getting all anxious!!!
Stay tuned for Day 3!!!!!

30 Day Nail Challenge- Day 1 :)
HEY!! I am trying something new.
Someone shared with me a 30 day nail challenge. It is split into 3 categories, Colors, Patterns, & Inspiration. I loved the idea, and decided to try it.
DAY 1 is the color red :)
I decided to use Zoya's Sooki!! I got this polish when they ran their buy one get one free promo a while back. Sooki is part of the Summertime Collection. Zoya describes Sooki as "Bright, clean, crisp cool cherry red cream with a subtle jelly finish."
Sooki has SUCH a wonderful formula... (Really, what Zoya polish doesn't?!) She went on very smooth and without any bubbles or streaks. This is the first time I have used Sooki. I would love to pair Sooki with OPI I Lily Love You!! I think that would be beautiful!!
This color is very hard to capture in pictures. It looks like it has a pink/orange tone in it, and it doesn't. It reminds me of the Scarlet Red crayon. It was always my favorite!!!
Stay tuned for day 2!!!

My September Birchbox!
My FAVORITE day of the month!! :-)
This was my FAVORITE Birchbox so far! I will be putting the nail strips on either me or my boyfriend's daughter. She is 14, and is VERY hard on her nails lol.
I also made a vlog describing my birchbox for this month. I will probably be doing this every month, so I don't have to type everything down!!! I hope you enjoy!!
I am still doing a giveaway at 100 followers! I am halfway there. Share me with your friends!!!

Throw some glitter, make it RAIN!
:-)
It's been a while. I am so sorry I haven't posted in a while. I'm going to try to post something every couple of days.
Today I woke up in a pretty good mood. I got a job at the Amazon Fulfillment Center, and am waiting on them to call me to schedule an orientation. This Thursday will mark the 2 week period from the day I got the job. They said the drug test mouth swab would probably take 2 weeks to come back, so I am hoping they call me soon!!!
I wanted something a little fun this morning for my mani. I have been doing dark one color mani's for a while now, and I am bored. :-)
I decided to do a glitter gradient manicure with Pure Ice Spit Fire. I absolutely LOVE this polish. The glitters are so sparkly and wonderful. The best way I can think to describe it is a toned down version of OPI I Lily Love You. The glitters are different shapes and sizes. In the bottle it looks like a soft pink, but on the nail it shows more silver. It's very versatile, and can be used as a top coat to a flat polish, or can be used as the main polish.
Also- I am working on my picture taking, to make better pictures. I made a light box, and am learning the best camera settings for my pictures. Feedback would be greatly appreciated if you have tips. Also, let me know what you think of my pictures :-)

Fun Fact for today :-)
I am a *ALMOST* licensed cosmetologist. I went to school at Paul Mitchell the School. I do love doing hair, but in school I leaned towards nails more. I don't know if I will do hair for my everyday job, but I will always do it on the side. Maybe one day I will open up a day spa!
