Beauty Blogger VoxBox!!!

I am very excited about today's post! Thursday I got my Influenster Beauty Blogger VoxBox in the mail! Since then I have been trying everything out! 

The items included in my VoxBox were as follows

The first thing I noticed when I opened up the box, was the fabulous smell!!!! This was coming from the White Barn Nutmeg & Spice candle. I lit it, and it was even more fabulous! This is a PERFECT fall scent, and I WILL be going to purchase a large one very soon! 

So I will admit- I don't wear makeup too often. I have a lot of it, but just don't wear it too often. 

 NYC New York Color® IndividualEyes Custom Compact was surprisingly fantastic! The price of this compact is around 5$. For that price, it is AMAZING! It includes a primer, an illuminator, and 4 eyeshadow colors. The colors are very pigmented, and lasted all day. 

I then moved on to Kiss® Ever Pro Lashes Starter Kit. I tried and tried, but couldn't for the life of me get them on. They are reusable, so I am going to keep trying!

I used Not Your Mother's®  Smooth Moves™ Frizz Control Hair Cream, and was SO happy with the outcome. The first time I used it, I used a bit too much (VERY easy to do... a little bit goes a long way!) and had some product feel in my hair. After flat ironing my hair, that feel went away. 

This cut the time I needed to flat iron my hair in half, if not more. I WILL be buying a full size bottle of this!!

I absolutely loved my VoxBox! I love to try new things, especially when I find things that I will use again! I encourage you all to go to Influenster and check it out. You can request an invite, and join the site. It is a great way to find new products, and to read reviews on them!

Vivid Lacquer Autumn Harvest (Pic Heavy)

Today I am going to show you all a PERFECT fall polish! This polish should be beside the definition of Fall in the dictionary (too cheesy ? :-)  )

I layered this polish over Julep Viola. Viola is a deep wine purple color. It is a mix between a jelly and a cream finish, in my opinion. This polish is absolutely GORGEOUS in the bottle. Once on the nail, it it a bit darker than it looks in the bottle. It almost appears black on the nail, unless in the perfect lighting. This color is great for the fall/winter season.

This is 2 coats of Julep Viola.

Autumn Harvest is absolutely breathtaking. This has all the great colors fall brings! The base is clear, and it has small purple, orange, yellow, red and rose color hex glitters, large rose color hex glitter, large rose color square glitters, small red and rose color square glitters, AND it has micro purple, red and rose color glitter! The great thing about this polish, is it really isn't that hard to get the glitter to lay flat on your nails. The formula is great, and it doesn't take too long for dry time. 

1, 2 and 3 coats

So what do you think? This is the last of my Vivid Lacquer review. *sad face* I absolutely loved her polishes! They all are so versatile, and can be worn over SO many polishes!!! 

So I have exciting news! I was chosen by Influenster to receive a Beauty Blogger VoxBox! I got my box today, and plan on doing my posts VERY soon! I also have some other polishes coming to me for review!

Influenster Relaunch!!!

Vivid Lacquer Your Princess is In Another Castle Review

Today I am doing my second review from Vivid Lacquer! This is 2 coats of Your Princess is In Another Castle. I thought about doing 3 coats, but I liked it SO much at 2 coats! This is a pink jelly polish with lots of  micro pink glitter/shimmer/flakes. It also has larger hex pink and black glitters. 

I absolutely loved this polish, then when I went outside- BAM!!!!!!! 

Holo!! This was a surprise! I didn't notice them as I was polishing my nails, but it was extremely visible outside in the sunlight. This polish is beautiful!

The formula was a tad bit thick, but not at all hard to work with. It looks absolutely beautiful on it's own, but could go over any color to add shimmer to it.

Vivid Lacquer - Sketchbook (Pic Heavy)

I'm back! I have been so busy with life! Since my last post, I have had TWO surgeries, and a lot of recovery time! I had my gallbladder taken out in May, and then I had a knee surgery in June.

This is immediately after my gallbladder surgery. :-(

Here I am right after my knee surgery, must have had more medicine this time LOL

I am back though, with some reviews of some beautiful polishes, and some announcements *coming soon!!!*

My first return post is going to be special- My 1st Review :-) Anni from Vivid Lacquer was looking for bloggers to review, and after talking to her, she asked me to do some for her! I was very excited, not only because this is my first review, but this is the first indie polish I own :-) (Sad, right?! lol)

Today I am going to show you all Vivid Lacquer Sketchbook. This polished surprised me oh so much! It looks beautiful in the bottle, but when on your nail, it looks EVEN BETTER! This polish has a ever so slight shimmer to it, which makes it shine! It is filled with micro black and white bar glitters, and has large and small black and white hex glitters. This polish had an easy application. The only issue I had was I had to *kind of* fish some of the larger hex glitters out. Not a problem though, because the end result was worth it. So enough with the talking, on to the pictures :-)

I decided to do a skittle mani :-) This is the Color Club Neon collection, with 2 coats of Vivid Lacquer Sketchbook .

One coat on the left, 2 in the middle, 3 on the right

One coat over white

One coat over black
